During our discovery call, we run through a set of questions designed to build a picture of your working activities, including your method and processes. 

Once you are onboarded, we go through a 50-point checklist, which gives us a more in-depth understanding of how you currently run your business and where we can optimise processes, to get you working more efficiently.

We can either work through systems you already have documented or we can record you doing the process and then document the system for you. 

We don’t need to know how to do your job in complex detail, we only need an understanding of how you work and what administration is getting in the way of this.

Our experienced Virtual Administrators have a wealth of experience in processes and admin. Whilst they may not know your specific industry, they certainly will have come across processes and systems with similar patterns. With the right questions, nearly everything can be turned into a slick process, with checklists and scripts.

Our focus is on getting you in a position, whereby you are only performing income generating tasks.

Don’t worry – we’re experts at this! We use a default diary and meticulously plan your work into our calendar. We manage our time efficiently, and never take on more clients than we can comfortably handle.

We use an automated workflow, which allows us to optimise our workflow, while also maximising our capacity and productivity.

We have availability between the hours of 9am to 5pm,  Monday to Friday – however, we have some clients who prefer their work to be completed outside of these hours, and we’re happy to accommodate this.

As a Virtual Administration client, you will be assigned specific hours that are just for you. If you need to get in touch with us outside of your assigned working hours, please give us a call.
